I absolutely agree. “Hellraiser”, “Candyman”, “Nightbreed” and many others have been created by Mr. Clive Barker. A surprising Bradley Cooper in one of his best roles and the eyes of Vinnie Jones (former professional footballer who had become a great actor).
“The Midnight Meat train” is very powerful.

“El tren de la carne de medianoche” es muy potente.

You must feel very confident about your screenplay if you want the viewer to stay seated after ninety minutes of just talking. A bit thick (dense, annoying), but a good psychological thriller after all (thanks last quarter)…
Debes estar muy seguro de tu guión si intentas que el espectador no se mueva de su asiento despues de una hora y media de conversaciones. Un poco pesada, pero un buen thriller psicológico finalmente. (gracias, último cuarto)…

A TV film in high definition. Hawke, awesome (as always); Watson, boring (as always too) and Amenabar without ideas (a suprise). Much ado about nothing.
Un telefilm en alta definición. Hawke, fantástico (como siempre); Watson, aburrida (como siempre también) y Amenábar sin ideas (una sopresa). Mucho ruido y pocas nueces.

I have truly enjoyed the battle between the two main characters… The plot is not the best I´ve seen, the result foreseeable, female main character has certain physical attraction without being a great actress, but the overall result makes you sit through the almost two hours film without blinking…
He disfrutado de verdad la batalla entre los dos protagonistas principales. La trama no es la mejor que he visto, el final es previsible, la protagonista femenina tiene cierta atracción física sin ser una gran actriz, pero el resultado global te hace sentarte a ver las casi dos horas de cinta sin pestañear…

An insane, anguishing and terrific witch story. Great characters and better actors. Good example of what musical effects in a movie can do. And, what about the ending? I liked it. Just remember this is just a fairytale.
Una enfermiza, angustiosa y terrorifica historia de brujas. Grandes personajes y mejores actores. Buen ejemplo de lo que lo que pueden suponer los efectos musicales en una pelicula. ¿Y que pasa con el final? A mi me ha gustado. Sólo recuerda que esto es un cuento de hadas.
